Introduction
HelloFlex group takes your privacy very seriously and will process and use information about you (the data subject) in a secure manner. In this Privacy statement we explain what data we process, and for what purpose. In addition, you can read in this Privacy statement about your rights in relation to our processing of your personal data. We encourage you to read this Privacy statement carefully.
Who is HelloFlex group?
HelloFlex group is the private company HelloFlex group BV, with offices in (3812 RV) Amersfoort, Textielweg 15, registered in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 17030447.
When HelloFlex group – or one of its subsidiaries that independently process personal data – processes your personal data, it is the processing controller.

What are your rights?
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights regarding your data and its processing:
Inspection
You can always view and, if necessary, change your own personal data in your account. If you want to see the personal data that HelloFlex group has on you, you can request access.
Change
If you want to make changes to the personal data that you have seen as a result of a review request and that you can not change yourself in your account, you can request to HelloFlex group. You can request that HelloFlex group change, correct, supplement, delete or block your data.
Restriction of processing
You also have the right, under conditions, to request HelloFlex group to restrict the processing of your personal data.
Right of objection
If certain processing is carried out on the basis of the “legitimate interest” of HelloFlex group or a third party, you have the right to object to that processing. You can always unsubscribe from a newsletter via the email you receive for that purpose.
Data transfer
You have the right to obtain your personal data from HelloFlex group. HelloFlex group will provide it in a structured and common form, which can easily be opened in other common digital systems. In this way, you can also transfer your data to another provider.
Withdrawing consent
In all cases in which the basis for a certain data processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. This has no consequences for the past, but does mean that we may no longer process that data. As a result, HelloFlex group may no longer be able to provide you with certain services.
Reaction by HelloFlex group
A request can be sent to persoonsgegevens@helloflexgroup.com. HelloFlex group will fulfill your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than one (1) month after HelloFlex group has received such a request. If HelloFlex group rejects your request, we will indicate in our response why the request is rejected.
Recipients of personal data
Data may be transferred to:
Processors who process personal data on our behalf, or.
Third parties, pursuant to a legal obligation.
Transfer to third countries or international organizations
For (for example) technical and operational reasons, it may be necessary that your (personal) data is transferred to HelloFlex group affiliates outside the European Economic Area. As privacy protection regulations there may not provide the same protection as within the European Economic Area, HelloFlex group will use appropriate EU Model Clauses to protect your privacy as much as possible. If this is not possible, HelloFlex group will ask your permission to transfer your (personal) data to countries without an adequate level of protection. This consent may be withdrawn at any time.
What are cookies and how does HelloFlex group use them?
Cookies are small pieces of (text) information that are sent to your browser when you visit the HelloFlex group website and are then stored on the hard disk or in the memory of your computer, tablet, cell phone or other device (hereinafter “Device”). Cookies placed through the HelloFlex group website cannot damage your Device or the files stored on it.
