Fiton is a leading provider of a Fiton Logistics Cloud Platform (FLCP), designed to support the core processes of Customs, Freight Forwarding and Warehousing in the Netherlands. Founded in 2007 as a Software as a Service (SaaS model) they have transitioned fully to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in 2022.
The smart and user-friendly software increases customers’ competitiveness by enabling more efficient operations and making optimal use of their data to generate actionable insights. FLCP and its seamless integration is the core of the customers logistics ecosystem, boosting productivity while saving time and costs. Fiton is ISO 9001 & 27001 certified and is based in Zwijndrecht, south of Rotterdam.

The goal of the collaboration

Fiton is composed of a small dedicated and experienced staff team of 27FTE who serve their 220+ clients and 4500 end-users. It is essential to remain both compatible, competitive and inventive within the logistics and IT market.

Sharpminds supports Fiton by providing highly skilled Oracle APEX development capacity. With these five Sharpminds developers, Fiton can remain lean in their team while still being strengthened. This way SharpMinds helps them achieve their goals and stay future-proof.

What Fiton thinks

Since December 2021, we have established a partnership with Sharpminds. Currently, five Oracle Apex Software Engineers from Sharpminds are working remotely on various projects within Fiton and are fully integrated into our organization.

From the beginning, our collaboration has been pleasant, informal and professional, especially given the extraordinary circumstances in Ukraine.
